How to request a new time for a Ladysentials appointment, the notice we ask for, and how rescheduling affects what you have paid.
Overview
This policy explains how to move a private-studio appointment to a new time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
How to request a new time
You can request a new time through the Contact page, or from your account where that option is available for your appointment.
Required notice
Please request a new time at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Requests are reviewed by Ladysentials and your original time is held until a new one is confirmed.
Availability
New times depend on the studio schedule. We’ll offer the closest suitable slots, but a specific date or time cannot be guaranteed.
Effect on what you have paid
Appointments are currently confirmed by payment in full at booking. Where a reschedule is confirmed, that payment moves with the appointment to the new time — you are not asked to pay a second time, and there is no charge for rescheduling itself.
If you later cancel the rescheduled appointment, the Cancellation Policy applies to it in the ordinary way.
Repeated changes
An appointment may be rescheduled once, where the request is made within the notice period above. Further changes are reviewed individually. There is no rescheduling fee.
Late requests
A request made less than 24 hours before your appointment is a late request. It is reviewed individually and cannot be guaranteed, because the time may not be available to offer again.
