Why payment secures your appointment

Ladysentials is a private studio where one client is seen at a time. Payment at booking is what reserves that time for you and takes it out of the schedule for everyone else.

Amount due at booking

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. The appointment is confirmed once that payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Ladysentials does not offer part payment. The full price of the service is taken at the time you book.

Balance at the studio

Because services are paid in full at booking, there is no outstanding service balance to settle at the studio.

If you agree a change to your service on the day, any difference is handled with you directly at the studio.

Products paid in full

Shop Her Edit products are paid for in full at checkout. Products are ordered separately from appointments and are not part of any appointment payment arrangement.

Delivery fees

Shop Her Edit orders are currently collected by pickup, so no delivery fee applies. If delivery is introduced later, any fee would be shown before you pay and paid in full at checkout.

How your payment is applied

Your payment is applied to the service you booked, at the price shown when you booked it. The price recorded with your appointment is the one that applies, even if studio prices change afterwards.

Arriving late

If you are running late, tell us as soon as you can. We can ordinarily hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes after its start time. Beyond that the service may need to be shortened or rearranged so the day's later appointments are not affected — this is reviewed with you, and nothing is cancelled automatically.

Late cancellation

A cancellation made close to your appointment is treated under the Cancellation Policy and is reviewed individually. No automatic charge is applied and no forfeiture figure is stated here.

No-show

An appointment missed without notice is a no-show. Payment made for a no-show appointment is ordinarily non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually by Ladysentials, and any refund is a separate decision — nothing is refunded automatically.

Rescheduling

Where a reschedule is confirmed, your payment moves with the appointment to the new time. See the Rescheduling Policy for how requests are made and reviewed.

Ladysentials treats the payment provider’s confirmed record as the authority on whether a payment succeeded. Where that record and your expectation differ, we investigate before deciding, and we do not reverse or release a payment automatically.
