Website use

These terms apply when you use the Ladysentials website, book an appointment, or place a Shop Her Edit order. By using the site you agree to them.

We may update the site and its content as the studio changes. Where a term applies to something you have already booked or ordered, the version in place at the time continues to apply to it.

Accounts

You can create an account to book appointments and manage orders. You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email secure, and for what happens under your account.

Please give accurate details, including a phone number the studio can reach you on, and keep them up to date. Tell us through the Contact page if you think someone else has used your account.

Appointment booking

Choosing a time does not by itself create an appointment. Your appointment exists once payment is confirmed and Ladysentials confirms the booking; until then the time is only held.

Cancelling and moving an appointment are covered by the Cancellation Policy and the Rescheduling Policy, which form part of these terms.

Payments

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. Shop Her Edit products are paid in full at checkout. Ladysentials does not offer a part-payment or deposit arrangement.

Payments are handled by a payment provider, and Ladysentials treats that provider’s confirmed record as the authority on whether a payment succeeded. Returning to the site after paying is not itself confirmation, and if a payment result is unclear we check it with the provider before deciding rather than treating it as a failure. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira.

Services

Ladysentials provides nail services in a private, appointment-only studio, seeing one client at a time.

Results depend on your own nails, your skin, aftercare, and how the service wears in daily life, so an identical outcome cannot be promised.

Booking does not ask you about allergies or skin sensitivities. If you have one that could affect your service, tell Ladysentials through the Contact page before your appointment, or raise it at the studio — we only know what you choose to tell us.

Correction requests

If something is not right with your service, tell us within 48 hours of your appointment, through the Contact page. Raising a request within that period is what lets us look at it while the work can still be assessed; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome, and what happens next is agreed with you after a reasonable review.

Store orders

A Shop Her Edit order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will contact you rather than substitute something else.

Orders are currently collected by pickup — see the Delivery and Pickup Terms. Returns are covered by the Returns Policy. Gift cards may appear in the store but are not currently available to buy.

Academy

The Ladysentials Academy is not available through this site at launch. Applications cannot be submitted, no programme is offered for sale, and no tuition is published.

If the Academy opens later, its own terms will apply. Nothing here offers a place, implies admission, or claims accreditation.

Intellectual property

The Ladysentials name, logo, site content, and photography belong to Ladysentials or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Respectful use

Please use the site and the studio lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access accounts that are not yours, or submit false booking or order details.

Ladysentials is a private studio, and we ask that the space and the people in it are treated with courtesy. We may decline or end a booking where that is not the case.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and features may change.

Studio availability depends on the schedule, and occasionally the studio may need to change an appointment. If that happens we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Liability

Ladysentials takes responsibility for providing its services with reasonable care and skill, and for the accuracy of what it tells you about a booking or order.

These terms operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in them limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing in them requires you to give up a protection the law gives you.

If something has gone wrong, please raise it with Ladysentials first through the Contact page — most things are resolved that way, and we would rather hear about a problem than have you left with it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the studio and the site develop. The current version is always the one published here, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page.

Where a change materially affects you, we will draw attention to it rather than rely on the page alone.
