Can I book more than one service?

Yes. You can add more than one service to a single booking where the studio schedule allows. The booking flow will show the combined time and the total to pay.

Can I change my appointment?

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled subject to our policies. Submitting a request does not automatically change an appointment until it is confirmed. The notice we ask for is set out in the Cancellation and Rescheduling policies.

How much do I pay when I book?

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. Ladysentials does not offer a part-payment arrangement, so there is nothing left to settle at the studio.

What if I already have product on my nails?

If you are arriving with existing gel, builder gel, or extensions, please add a removal service or mention it in your booking notes so enough time is set aside. Details to be confirmed.

Not at launch. Shop Her Edit orders are collected from the studio, and no delivery option appears at checkout. If delivery is introduced later, the Delivery and Pickup Terms will be updated before it becomes available.
