Delivery and Pickup Terms

Pickup at Ladysentials

Shop Her Edit orders are fulfilled by pickup. You place and pay for your order online, and collect it from Ladysentials once it is ready.

Pickup is the only fulfilment method offered at launch. Ladysentials is a private, appointment-only studio rather than a walk-in shop, so collection is arranged with you — please do not travel until we have confirmed a time.

Pickup notification

You’ll be told when your order is ready to collect, using the contact details supplied with your order.

Please wait until you have heard from us, and until a collection time has been arranged, before travelling. No collection-ready timeframe is promised here.

Pickup location

Pickup takes place at the Ladysentials studio in Life Camp, Abuja — 39HJ+2W8 Julius Berger, road, Olu Awotesu St, AMAC 900108, Federal Capital Territory. The full address, a map and directions are on the Contact page.

The studio is private and appointment-only, which describes how it operates rather than where it is: please wait until your collection has been arranged before travelling, because there may be nobody free to attend to an unannounced visit.

Abuja delivery

Delivery within Abuja is not currently offered. Orders cannot be placed for delivery, and no delivery option appears at checkout.

If Ladysentials introduces delivery later, these terms will be updated before it becomes available.

Delivery coverage

No delivery coverage applies while orders are pickup-only. Any future coverage area would be confirmed here before delivery is offered.

Delivery fee

No delivery fee applies to pickup orders. Any future delivery fee would be shown before you pay and paid in full at checkout; no fee is stated here.

Order timing

Orders are prepared for collection as soon as reasonably possible. Preparation time depends on the items ordered and on studio availability, so no timeframe is stated here.

Incorrect contact details

Because orders are collected rather than delivered, no delivery address is taken. If the contact details on your order are wrong, we may not be able to tell you the order is ready — contact us through the Contact page to correct them.

Uncollected orders

If an order is not collected, we will try to reach you using the details on the order. Uncollected orders are followed up individually; no automatic cancellation or refund applies.

Product pickup versus home nail service

Collecting a Shop Her Edit order is not the same as a home nail-service appointment. Product pickup brings you to the studio; home service is a separate arrangement made directly with Ladysentials.
